RYA Onboard Training Day

The Royal Yachting Association (RYA) OnBoard Development Day is designed to provide instructors with practical expertise and ideas for delivering the RYA OnBoard programme. During the day, you’ll explore session cards packed with activities to engage young sailors and help them develop skills in areas such as teamwork, confidence, creativity, and independence.

This is a hands-on, practical day suitable for anyone with coaching experience and some sailing experience, though it is not intended for complete beginners. The course fee includes a hot lunch and refreshments throughout the day, ensuring you’re fuelled and ready to make the most of your learning.
