RYA Onboard Training Day

The Royal Yachting Association (RYA) OnBoard Development Day is an event that provides expertise on the RYA OnBoard programme for Instructors. The day includes session cards that offer ideas for engaging young sailors and helping them improve their skills. The cards cover topics such as teamwork, confidence, creativity, and independence. This is a practical day that is open to all with coaching experience, and some sailing experience (Not complete beginners). Course fee includes a hot lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
