Build upon your sailing skills under the supervision of our instructors on our sailing club sessions. Lower Rivington reservoir is a great place to sail and the Anderton Centre has top class sailing dinghies available. These sessions are ideal to get out sailing and develop your skills. At this time of year, please consider the prevailing water and air temperatures: 'dry suits' are recommended, along with warm base layers, a selection of warm hats, gloves etc (stored in a small dry bag) appropriate footwear etc. A wetsuit and cag to keep the wind off can work, but if you get cold, it is easy to 'switch off' and we want you to have fun and enjoy your time on the water.

Pre requisites

You must hold RYA level 1 or junior RYA Stage 2 to sail on these sessions.This session is not for beginners.

Timings

Session duration is 3 hours. Please arrive approx. 20 minutes before your session to ensure plenty of time to sign in, get changed and be ready for a briefing with your lead instructor for a prompt start

Minimum age

Suitable for adults and children. Minimum age is 12 years old.
