Take your sailing skills to the next level with our Sailing Club sessions, led by experienced RYA instructors. Set on the beautiful Lower Rivington Reservoir, these sessions offer the perfect opportunity to refine your techniques, build confidence, and enjoy quality time on the water in our well-maintained sailing dinghies.

These sessions are not suitable for beginners. Participants must hold a minimum of RYA Level 1 or Junior RYA Stage 2. The Sailing Club is suitable for both adults and young people, with a minimum age requirement of 12 years.

Across the session, you’ll build on your existing sailing knowledge through guided skill development, with expert supervision and feedback from RYA-qualified instructors to help you progress safely and confidently.

Each session lasts approximately three hours. Please arrive 20 minutes before your start time to allow for sign-in, getting changed, and attending the pre-sail briefing.

As sessions take place in cooler conditions, it’s important to dress appropriately to stay warm and comfortable. Dry suits are strongly recommended, paired with warm base layers, hats and gloves, which can be stored in a small dry bag. A wetsuit with a windproof cag may also be suitable, but keeping warm is key to enjoying your time on the water. Appropriate footwear is required, and flip-flops or sliders are not permitted.
