Fancy hiring a Sit-On-Top Kayak or Stand-Up Paddle Board for a paddle on our beautiful reservoir?

You may also be looking for somewhere to use your own SUP or SOT Kayak. We do not allow inflatables (excluding SUP's),Closed Cockpit Kayaks or Open Canoes due to our supervisory ratio and rescue procedures.

These sessions are great value and includes all safety equipment and basic tuition to get you on the water. We also have our new Food Trailer 'Trailer Swift' for all the snacks and refreshments you could need (be sure to bring some spare change!)

Our pay & play sessions are supervised rentals, no formal instruction is given. Participants will be limited to an area of the reservoir, and only suitable activities will be available, mainly Stand-Up Paddle boarding and Sit-on-Top Kayaking.

Just a few things to remember:

• Changing rooms, and showers will be available. 
• Dogs are not allowed to participate in activities. If you would like to bring your dog, they must be kept on a lead. 
• Wet suits will be available, but not required. (Please be aware, issuing of wet-suits, reduces time on the water)
• Closed toe shoes must be worn to adhere to our policies e.g trainers (no flip flops / sliders) 
• A minimum of shorts and a t-shirt must be worn for protection from the elements and equipment.
• If you are bringing your own SUP / Sit-On-Top Kayak, pre-wash instructions need to be followed. 
• Minimum age 6, children under 12 must be accompanied on the water by a parent/guardian. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by their parent/guardian on the same craft. i.e. a tandem Sit on Kayak.
